In my role, I would write and publish articles for debitoor.com and associated online media on relevant topics within invoicing, accounting, and being self-employed. I was also involved in social media marketing activities on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, and monitor and participate actively in relevant forums and communities.

Mcjoy's is a trendy Scottish Pub in the famous tourist area of Nyhavn in Copenhagen. I served cocktails, beers and food, and cleaned the bar, greeted customers, and ensured everyone was having a pleasant time.

Air New Zealand is the flag carrier airline of New Zealand. As a direct sales and service consultant, I provided information and assistance to the flying public. I helped customers with flight reservations, itinerary changes, schedule change, disrupts, baggage concerns, seating, passport and visa information,  and questions about customer loyalty programs. I started in the long-haul international team, and later joined the short-haul, domestic, and premium teams, so I was taking inbound calls from a variety of customers.

Senior Support Expert: SumUp (Berlin)

SumUp is a mobile payments company and voted the fastest growing company in Europe. At SumUp, I was the first customer support agent hired for the US market. As we launched in one of the biggest markets in the world, I was responsible for covering merchant queries by phone and email, training in new support agents, and working with a variety of different teams in the company to develop the best product and merchant journey for our customers. The main customer queries I helped with were pre-signup questions and sales, troubleshooting technical issues, and security and on-boarding questions. We also worked with implementing new partners including Kounta, Talech, and Loyverse. After a few months of learning about the company, I moved into a more senior role as Senior Support Expert USA and manager of the US customer support team. As a small team, we worked on getting the features to make our product competitive in the US market and changing processes constantly to suit the US market and our merchant’s needs. I was also in charge of many content-related projects including templates, training materials, and website audits.
